These Terms of Use govern your use of JELA, a service provided by Aiconsult FZE. By using JELA, you agree to these terms.
Using JELA
You may use JELA for lawful personal use and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access credentials secure.
Your content
You retain ownership of photos, videos, album information, and other content you provide. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, transmit, and otherwise operate that content solely to provide JELA and the features you request.
Shared albums
You are responsible for choosing who you invite and for ensuring you have the right to share content added to an album. Content shared with other participants may be viewed by those participants.
Acceptable use
You may not use JELA to violate law, infringe rights, distribute harmful or abusive content, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse JELA in a way that could harm users or Aiconsult.
Paid features
Some JELA features may require a purchase or subscription through Apple’s App Store. Pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and payment processing are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and your App Store account settings.
Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as JELA evolves. We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
No warranty
To the extent permitted by law, JELA is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties that are not expressly required by applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aiconsult will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of JELA. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination
You may stop using JELA at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or material violation of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted here with its effective date.
