JELA is operated by Aiconsult FZE (“Aiconsult”, “we”, “us” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use JELA.
Information you provide
Depending on how you use JELA, we may process account information such as your email address or profile name, album information, invitations, contributor information, and content you choose to add to shared albums.
Photos and videos
JELA processes photos and videos you choose to add, view, enhance, or use to create memories. Shared content is made available only within the sharing experience you choose. You should only upload content you have the right to share.
Purchases
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment-card details. We may receive purchase and entitlement information needed to provide paid features.
Technical and usage information
We may process limited device, diagnostic, security, and product-usage information needed to operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve JELA. We do not sell personal information.
How we use information
- Provide and maintain JELA’s features.
- Operate shared albums and invitations.
- Process user-requested photo and memory features.
- Maintain account, subscription, security, and support functionality.
- Diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Service providers
We may use trusted service providers for infrastructure, authentication, storage, security, analytics, communications, and similar operational functions. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with people you intentionally invite to an album, with service providers acting on our behalf, or where required by law or necessary to protect users, Aiconsult, or the service.
Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide JELA, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and how it is used.
Your choices
You can choose what photos to add and who to invite. Where available, account and content controls in the app can be used to manage or delete information. You may also contact us to request assistance regarding your personal information.
Children
JELA is not intended for children under the minimum age required to consent to digital services in their jurisdiction without appropriate parental or guardian involvement.
International processing
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
